The menu at Cafe du Soleil includes many bistro classics such as Moules Marinieres and Provencales, both served with our famous Garlic French Fries. One of our signature dishes is St. Jacques Cafe du Soleil which pairs seared sea scallops with potato brandade and a truffle vinaigrette. Among the appetizers, the Escargots in a Pastics garlic herb sauce, and the Wild Mushroom Ragout are popular favorites. The winter menu features hearty dishes like Coq au Vin and Bceuf Bourguignon, as well as Rack of Lamb with a Nicoise ratatouille, Roast Chicken with a Ramesco sauce, and whole roasted Daurade flown in from the Mediterranean. The signature dessert is the “Cocoa Vin”. This dessert (which puns on the classic Coq au Vin) is a warm chocolate souffle cake with an orange wine sauce.
