Cafe du Soleil means “Café of the Sun.” It is a light-filled space with huge brass mirrors, leather banquettes, white tiles, and warm and lively bistro tones. This inviting decor creates a warm setting for lunch, dinner, and brunch with a beautiful outdoor terrace for seasonal dining.

Alain Chevreux has been a restaurant owner for over 30 years in the New York City dining scene. He has owned various Manhattan restaurants and he has earned a reputation for delivering something memorable and unique to his clientele. Alain’s ability to create a totally immersive dining experience led to successful restaurant ventures throughout New York.

From Restaurateur to Caterer

As word spread about Cafe du Soleil’s delicious food, people began to request it for their parties and intimate gatherings, which led to catering for weddings and other celebrations. Today, Alain and Nadine celebrate their passion for food by working together as husband and wife to create beautiful and memorable experiences through Voila Caterers. Their French restaurant Café du Soleil is the birthplace of all their catered cuisine creations, ensuring the exquisite quality that New York clientele continue to appreciate.
